Ingredients:
- 80ml raisins
- 60ml sultanas
- 1 carrot, peeled and finely grated
- 1 egg, beaten
- 30ml golden syrup
- 5ml mixed spice
- 5ml ground cinnamon
- 4 small, very ripe bananas, peeled and mashed
- 2 ½ cups Nestlé Cerelac Regular
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C
- Place the raisins and sultanas into a bowl and blend until the mixture is chopped and well combined
- Add the carrot, egg, golden syrup, mixed spice, ground cinnamon, mashed banana and blend again
- Transfer the mixture to a mixing bowl and stir in the Cerelac, mixing until it is well combined
- Spoon the mixture into a prepared baking tin
- Bake for 20 – 25 minutes or until golden and firm
- Allow to cool for 5 minutes and turn out onto a chopping board
- Cut into squares and allow to cool completely
- Serve
